Pat Willingham | Chairman of the Board


During his tenure as President of Community Health Systems, Inc., he has been the guiding force behind its growth and continued success in a changing and uncertain healthcare environment. He has provided the leadership and vision that developed Community Health Systems into the dynamic, diversified service organization it is today.

J. Douglas Warren | President & CEO, CHS, SAGE Management, Inc.


Mr. Warren has served as the President & CEO of SAGE Management, CHS Properties, and the real estate arm for the 200 acre single family home development, LiveOak Village. In 2010 the CHS Board of Directors elevated Mr. Warren to the position of President & CEO for Community Health Systems, Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Daniel M. Scarbrough, M.D. | Executive Vice President & Medical Director


As a physician, Dr. Scarbrough has more than 30 years’ experience of caring for the elderly; including medical and mental illness, having been responsible for the medical care of thousands of both hospital and nursing home patients. On July 1, 1997, he became the full time Medical Director of Community Health Systems and its affiliates.

Steven G. Globetti | Executive VP & Corporate Compliance Officer


Since joining Community Health Systems (CHS) in 1986, he has worked in a variety of leadership roles including operations, compliance, mail-order pharmacy, long-term care, hospital administration, emergency services, business development, construction, property management, communications, physician recruitment, purchasing, consulting and loss prevention.

Nick Wilmott | VP of Corporate Development


Nick joined Community Health Systems and SAGE in September 2010.  He has been developing and selling condominiums, residential subdivisions and commercial developments for over 20 years.   He brings innovative marketing, sales, acquisitions and mergers and development experience to the corporation, as well as an in-depth understanding of the legalities of the landlord/tenant relationship and real estate transaction law.

Tim Roell | VP of Construction & Maintenance


Mr. Roell joined Community Health Systems in 1980 as Assistant Director of Maintenance at Walker Regional Medical Center, transitioning to the CHS Corporate office in 1985.   He is a member of several professional organizations including the Alabama Society for Healthcare Engineering, the National Fire Protection Association and the International Code Council.

Kathy Tankersley, NHA | Vice President, Community Health Systems, Inc. & SAGE Management, Inc.


Ms. Tankersley has been awarded licensure as both an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Administrator and a Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility (SCALF) Administrator. She was appointed by the Governor to the Alabama Board of Public Examiners for ALF and SCALF Administrator testing and licensing, where she served as Chairwoman. She has served with distinction on numerous boards within the long-term care field for the Assisted Living Association of Alabama and at the 2005 annual conference received special recognition from the Association for her compliance contributions to the industry. Civic board honors include Civitan, Kiwanis and the Marshall County Leadership Challenge invitational program.

Lynne Lasater, R.N, BSN | Director of Clinical Services


Ms. Lasater holds the category I and Category II Assisted Living Administrator’s License as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She is licensed in Alabama, Florida and South Carolina. She has dual role status as both a ServSafe Instructor and ServSafe Proctor for the National Restaurant Association. Lynne is a member of the Education Committee for the Assisted Living Association of Alabama. In 2009 Ms. Lasater was named Employee of the year for Community Senior Life, Inc.
